PDF Documents

Many of the documents available in the Our Lady of Grace site have been formatted as PDF (Portable Document Format) documents. In PDF form, each document retains the formatting and appearance of the original document and can be viewed on or printed from any computer.

Viewing PDF Documents

In order to view an on-line PDF document, you must have a web browser, the Acrobat plug-in for your web browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader or the full version of  Adobe Acrobat software. You can download a (free) copy of Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it on your computer.

Downloading PDF Documents

If you want to save a PDF document (such as one of the forms) to your local computer, you can download by following the instructions below.  The documents on this website cannot be modified.

Troubleshooting

  • In order to access a PDF document, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat software. You can download a (free) copy of Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it on your computer.
  • If PDF pages are blank inside your Web browser window, you may need to
    1. Update the Acrobat plug-in for your browser or
    2. Edit a preference inside your Adobe Acrobat software.  In Adobe version 5.0 or 6.0, Go to Edit, Preference, Options.  Uncheck 'Display PDF in Browser' option.  Also, uncheck ' Allow Fast Web View'.
  • For other PDF problems, consult the Adobe site for additional support.
