Christmas Fair
Our mission is to raise funds for the financial support of the Church.
| We raise funds by offering space to vendors, for a fee, having church tables selling raffles, homemade crafts & baked goods, and having the Italian Cafe offering breakfast, lunch and dinner to patrons of the fair. |
| WHEN: The date of the FAIR is always the weekend before Thanksgiving

Volunteer Opportunity:
The committee meets 3 times before the fair, starting in July, to determine various apsects of the fair, including but not limited to, raffle gifts. We begin mailing contracts to vendors.
Commitee can always use more volunteers. Business, organizational and creative skills are helpful.
Because this is a 3-day event, wew need volunteers to help set up, clean and decorate the gym and cafeteria; help sell various items at church tables (baked hoods, homemade items, raffles); help keep the fair running smoothly during the weekend.
Qualifications:
Be friendly, helpful, accommodating, and creative.
The Widowed Support Group, Arts-N-Crafts, Catholic Young Adult Community, and Boy Scout Troop 376 are the backbone of the Christmas Fair.
